Housekeeping and Maintenance
The property includes a weekly pool service (typically on Wednesdays), and landscaping every two weeks.
Additional housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost, and stays longer than 7 days require one additional cleaning per week. Upon departure, guests are expected to wash the dishes and place garbage in the trash can.

Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, we ask that you respect our neighbors by following our house rules.

Noise and Quiet Hours
The property is in a residential area with code-enforced quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited, and guests are not allowed to have DJs or live music on the property. Music devices, other than the provided Sonos system, are also prohibited.

Health and Safety.
There are no known lead-based paint hazards on the property, but Florida wildlife may pose a danger, so please approach all wildlife and outdoor areas with caution. The property has been inspected for bed bugs. and any presence during your stay will be presumed to have been caused by the guest unless proven otherwise. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the property, including covered outdoor areas and the garage. Guests may smoke or vape in the uncovered outdoor areas using the provided ashtrays.
