Villa Tiara opens to a large terrace bordered by palm trees and stretching down to the private dock on the bay. There’s a heated pool, hot tub and an outdoor kitchen with a wet bar and barbecue, as well as outdoor sitting and dining areas. A home theatre, DVD player, sound system, Wi-Fi and an iPad provide entertainment, and air conditioning, heating and a security system provide comfort and peace of mind.
